Mini Hershey Bar Made from Hershey Candy Wrappers!

Another Trash to Treasure Barbie Miniature Project

This was a fun and easy project! Save those wrappers!

I used a Hershey's Mini to make a Barbie sized Hershey Chocolate Bar.

Instructions

1. Eat chocolate.
2. Flattened wrapper. Cut away all the silver part. Then cut the rest in half.
3. Cut a piece of foam or thick cardstock, measured to the size of the lettering on the wrapper.
4. Cut and glue to foam or thick cardstock. Cut excess from the back.
5. Bend the edges for a realistic look.

Barbie Wedge Shoes from a Wine Cork!

I was looking through a Barbie book when I came across some cute cork wedges.  I remembered I had a wine cork and decided to try my hand at making a pair for my daughter's shoeless doll.

First, I cut out half a circle from the top of the wine cork and then cut that half into quarters.

With the other half of the cork, I cut two soles.

I just Mod Podged  them together and ta-da!  Barbie cork shoes!

The white part is just white computer paper glued to the soles.  I added a lot of layers of Mod Podge to make them durable, and they have lasted the wrath of a two and half year old so far.

This is the picture that inspired the Barbie shoes!
